The Brief
Genem designed and developed the bespoke boutique apartment building comprising 16 apartments of one, two and three bedroom designs.
Designed with class and elegance, featuring bamboo flooring, stainless steel appliances and stone benchtops. The kitchen is the focal point of each apartment as you enter with an elegant design that seamlessly flows through towards the architecturally designed central balcony. With a European laundry and a free flowing floor plan every inch of space is carefully considered right down to the central bathroom. Every aspect of the apartments have been considered.
The development has vistas towards the city as well as the surrounding hills taking maximum advantage of what the site offers.
The building was designed with sustainability and low maintenance in mind. Rainwater tanks collect water from the vast roof space for use in toilets as well as garden watering. Low maintenance plants have been utilised throughout the development to maximise water efficiency. The materials chosen for the cladding require little maintenance while providing a clean modern finish.
