The Brief
Genem have designed a modern apartment building complex located at the entrance to the Hastings Marina. The development consists of one, two and three bedrooms designs.
Designed as luxuriously appointed apartments featuring timber flooring, porcelain tiles, stainless steel appliances and reverse cycle air conditioning. Each apartment is designed around a central kitchen / living space with balcony access to all apartments. Each ground floor apartments feature access to it's own garden space. All apartments have access to a centrally located lift which services all floors including the secure basement. Every aspect of the architecturally designed apartments have been carefully considered.
The development has been designed to take advantage of its location. with the surrounding views of the marina and coast land.
A mix of materials on the façade provide a clean and modern finish with low maintenance in mind. Environmentally sustainable features have been considered for the building such a capturing rainwater for use in toilets.
